Directions:

To approach from the North take the M602 to the last roundabout as shown above. The junction is No 3. The exit will probably be signposted for the Lowry, the A5063 and Manchester United.
On the roundabout take the third exit and this takes you south along the Trafford Road (A5063). Fit City is approx half a mile down the road on the left, (it is behind a Tesco Express Shop) – turn left just after the Tesco Express.
There is limited parking directly next to the centre, but there does appear to be on street parking in the Craven Drive area. Please park considerately if you are outside the official car parking area. The Gym is marked by the "A" on the above map.
